REFUNDS

A full refund or exchange applies only to any candle or melt purchases, found to be faulty upon

receiving your order. Should you knowingly accept a damaged order from Australia Post, all risk of damage to the products in your order passes over to you and we at Scented Light are not liable for any damage to the product/s in your order.  Please Note: We will not accept returned candles that have been already used or damaged. If you have received a order that is damaged please inform us no later then 7 days after receiving your item and take a photo immediately.
